Man City's Adam Johnson in bust-up with Mancini

Adam Johnson's Manchester City career looks over after a bust-up with boss Roberto Mancini before the Community Shield.
The winger flies out today for England’s friendly with Italy knowing he is likely to have played his last game for the Premier League champions.
Mancini has finally lost patience with Johnson after they clashed before Sunday’s match with Chelsea at Villa Park.
Starsport understands Johnson, 25, was livid after being left out of City’s starting line-up to face Chelsea and made his feelings clear to Mancini.
The pair were involved in a row in front of stunned team-mates and the latest fallout will prove the final straw for Mancini.
Johnson, who has travelled to Switzerland for tomorrow’s friendly, is now expected to join Everton on a season-long loan when he returns.
He has told friends he is desperate to leave the champions because he is fed up at his lack of first-team chances and general treatment from Mancini.
A City source said: “Adam was extremely upset at having been overlooked for the Community Shield match and is considering a transfer request.
“He vented his frustration in the dressing room at Villa Park and the manager made his feelings clear by chastising Adam.
“He cuts an unhappy figure in training and has told City’s England contingent he wants to leave the club, ideally on a permanent basis, now the manager has signed a five-year contract.
“Adam feels he has even less chance of breaking into the team due to the new formation, which favours wingbacks over wingers.”
Johnson’s departure will pave the way for Mancini to step up his bid to land Scott Sinclair from Swansea. The Blues, meanwhile, have rejected a cheeky £12m bid from Real Madrid for Micah Richards.
Real boss Jose Mourinho is keen to land the defender but the Blues have told the Spanish club he will not be sold unless someone makes an offer in excess of £30m.
