This wasn't the fairy tale ending Ali Fedotowsky wanted.
After 18 months and three canceled wedding dates, Fedotowsky and fiance Roberto Martinez called it quits, a rep for the former Bachelorette star told Us Weekly on Monday.
The 27-year-old former Facebook employee accepted insurance agent Martinez' s proposal on the romantic finale of The Bachelorette's sixth season back in 2009. She and Martinez, 28, quickly moved in together in his hometown of San Diego.
In the wake of of the split, however, Fedotowsky has already moved out of the home they shared, a pal confirms to Us. "She's actually really upset right now," the pal says. "She's going to be laying low for a while."
Adds another source: "They haven't been well for a long time."
"Their relationship has been tumultuous since day one," another insider told Us Weekly earlier this year. (Fedotowsky had long credited their wedding postponements to a kickboxing injury and work scheduling snafus.)
"They're either extremely happy or they can't stand each other," the insider said.
